果蔬气调保鲜库

果蔬的气调保鲜是果蔬保鲜的最佳方法之一。气调贮藏的果蔬的品质要大大优于其它方法贮藏的果蔬,其色、香、味与田间刚采摘的果蔬相近。本研究室长期从事水果、蔬菜的气调保鲜及贮藏工艺的研究,有较丰富的实践经验,已进行过荔枝、桂圆、枇杷、长杷梨、红富士苹果、香梨、福建甜笋等品种的气调保鲜研究,积累了大量的气调保鲜参数。
气调库不同于一般的高温冷库,我室在多年气调保鲜研究的基础上,已具备成熟的气调冷库的设计和试验,至今已完成了上海市嘉定500吨气调库、江苏省泰兴1000吨银杏种子气调库等多个气调库的设计、安装、调试和验收,并且使用单位均反映良好。

Controlled Atmosphere Storage of Fruits and Vegetables

    Controlled atmosphere (CA) storage is one of the best method to preserve fruits and vegetables and now used worldwide on a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The technical benefit of controlled atmosphere storage is to supply fruits and vegetables with higher quality after a period of storage than that which are dealt with other kinds of preserving methods. The effects of CA on postharvest responses of several varieties of fruits and vegetables, such as Lichee, Longan, Sweet Bamboo and et al., were researched in our institute. Data on CA of fruits and vegetables are available in abundance in our institute. 
    Controlled atmosphere store construction is a special insulated store whose walls and door are required gas tight. We have plenty of experience of CA design. 500 Metric tons CA cold store in Shanghai Jiading, 1000 Metric tons Jingko CA cold store in Jiangshu and other several CA cold store were designed, installed and debugged by us.
